Na-Asc that is known to neutralized effectively formed superoxide anion radical and to maintain oxido-reduction balance
between photosystems and but BAC in contrast to it is not able fully neutralize superoxide radical (life time ~ 2 msec).
Taking into account that used compounds must proved antioxidant characteristics, the concluision was made that all
used stress factors – heavy metals, herbicides and strong light – lead to state when damaging factor are reactive oxygen
forms. Investigated compounds and compositions are active at different degree as in quenching of free radical states and in
suppressing of oxidative processes. The more active in protecting effect from ROS (reactive oxygen forms) is
“Hypporamine PL”. Biologically active composition (BAC) has demonstrated some free radical quenching ability.
