1.1 THE INTERPRETATION OF THE PROFESSIONALISM IN ENGLISH AND UZBEK LANGUAGES
Professionalism is a special property of people to systematically, efficiently and reliably perform complex (professional) activities in a wide variety of conditions. At the same time, professional activity is understood as a complex activity that appears to a person as a constituted way of doing something that has a normatively established character [1]. Professional activity is objectively complex, so it is difficult to master, requires a long period of theoretical and practical training [2]. In the normal case, this activity becomes a profession and implies material reward. Profession (lat. professio; from profiteor - “I declare my business”) - a kind of labor activity of a person, usually his source of livelihood, i.e. earnings. Requires possession of theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired in the course of special training or education. A professional is a person who has made a certain occupation (business) his profession; a person who has become a highly qualified specialist in any field of activity; a well-prepared specialist for work in a certain field, having skills, qualifications, and, if necessary, access to the performance of duties in his specialty.
The concept of "professionalism" reflects such a degree of mastery by a person of the psychological structure of professional activity, which corresponds to the standards and objective requirements existing in society. Professionalism is considered as an integral characteristic of a professional person (as an individual, personality, subject of activity and individuality), manifested in activity and communication. Professionalism, considered as an integral property of a person, is a set of stable features of a professional that provide a certain qualitative and quantitative level (efficiency, reliability, quality, etc.) of professional activity, when it is performed in a variety of conditions. Professionalism as a property of a specialist includes competence as a necessary quality, but is not limited to it. The professionalism is both a special (professional) worldview, and a system of relations - to oneself, one's activity, profession, to the World, and professional motivation [3]. In other words, professionalism is made up of competence and responsibility. Accordingly, "professionalism" is understood as the degree of mastery of professional skills by an individual, hence in the literature, yes and in everyday perception such personality characteristics such as "high professionalism", "low professionalism". Necessary mention one more, linguistic interpretation term "professionalism". Professionalism words are called that are associated with the peculiarities of the work of people of a particular specialty and profession. The terms "professional" and "specialist" are used as synonyms, in the meaning of "owner of the profession." Within the framework of this approach, “professionalism” is understood as a clearly fixed qualification. The authors of the English sociological dictionary, published in Kazan, revealing the essence of the category "professional", list the following main his characteristics as a representative of a special social stratum:
1) employment based on the application of skills based on theoretical knowledge;
2)specialized education and training skills;
3) special competence guaranteed passed exam;
4) the existence of a certain code of conduct that ensures professional identity;
5) performance of certain duties for the benefit of society;
6) membership in a professional association.
(Sociological Dictionary / Per. from English. - Kazan: 1997. – p.120.) The professionalism of society can be interpreted as such a ratio of various types of professional activity, in which following conditions:
social significance of professions related to the function of the organization and control of social space;
- increasing the role of the so-called. intellectual professions, as well as the intellectualization of professional activity in general;
increasing the prestige and strengthening the technological and intellectual component of physical labor as the basis of material production;
- the growth of the prestige of professions of the "man-to-man" type, associated with the self-actualization of the individual;
- a close relationship between the social prestige of the profession and its social significance;
humanization of social processes and self-development of the individual as a goal professional development
The Modern Dictionary of Economics (1997) notes that “Professionalism is high skill, deep mastery of the profession, high-quality professional performance" (Modern Economic Dictionary (aut. coll.: Reisberg B.A., Lozovsky L.Sh., Starodubtseva E.B.). - M.: 1997. - p. 262). The greatest research experience in the fieldprofessionalism accumulated in the psychological sciences. As part of the psychological approach to this problem of professionalism is considered first only through the prism of the psycho-physiological and functional-psychological qualities of the individual. So,for E.A. Klimov, professionalism is a special psychological state of the individual: “professionalism we will understand not just a new higher the level of knowledge and results of a person in a given field of activity, but as a certain system organization of consciousness, the human psyche” (Klimov E.A. The image of the world in different types of professions. – M.:1995. - p. 9 - 10). In the works of A.V. Kirichenko, professionalism is defined as the highest stage in human development in as a subject of knowledge, labor and communication. The main criterion for the level of professionalism is the degree of relevant knowledge, skills, and mental properties of a specialist to modern achievements of science and practice in these areas.
Let’s take in example of professionalism about how Abdulla Aripov becoming a professional minister in his occupation which was noticed by our President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Our President noted the professionalism, his rich knowledge and high human qualities of the Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov. Due to his quality of character: honesty, respect for people, the desire to alleviate their worries, devotion to his Motherland and aspirations, he became Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, and it’s called “professionalism”.
The division of professionalism into groups occurs according to the field or type of activity: business, medicine, aviation, pedagogy, mechanics, and much more. Professionalisms are widely used by representatives of almost all fields and specialties. In professional speech, professionalisms perform a nominative function, that is, they call a phenomenon of reality that is included in a particular field of activity. In literary texts, professionalisms become a lexical figurative and expressive means that helps to reveal the image of a particular character or demonstrate the environment that is mentioned in the narrative. Words-professionalisms in artistic texts perform a certain aesthetic function.
