Social policy and economic growth
Abstract
Purpose – the substantiation of stimulating role of social policy through the analy-
sis of its various aspects in the present phase of the economic growth and study of
its impact on sustainable development.
Methodology – mathematical and economic modeling, statistical analysis, sys-
tematic approach, the comparative analysis.
Findings – identification of impact of social, demographic evolution process on
economic relations and developing of transition model of socio-economic inequal-
ities in Azerbaijan.
Research limitations – assessment of social capital and usage of economic in-
equalities in transition model for the reason of practical complication of identification
of quantitative characteristics of social capital.
Practical implication – the role of social factors in the present phase of economic
growth and their assessment.
Originality – identification of role of social policy in economic growth and in-
vestigation of transition model of socio-economic inequa lities.
