In the article are considered spreading features of avitellinosis in small cattle, contained in
low territories of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Infection of sheeps with avitellines werw
occurs during the pasturable period, since their transfer into a pasture. Studying dynamics of
avitellinosis in the given territories, it is established that sheeps almost a season of pasturable catch
helminthosis. The greatest contamination avitellines is noted at sheeps is more senior than year
during the autumn period. At lambs avitellines appear in May-June. Dates of primary infection and
development cestodes in the organism of animals were in matter in early revealing diseases of
young growth and carrying out of treatment and prophylactic actions.
