employing a sophisticated watering strategy. As a result, the existence of an
autonomous irrigation system based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller is
predicted to be helpful in agriculture, particularly for greenhouse irrigation.
Working principle:
The Soil Moisture Sensor in this Plant Watering System examines the
moisture level in the soil, and if it is low, Arduino activates a water pump to
deliver water to the plant. When the device detects enough moisture in the
soil, the water pump turns off automatically. A message is provided to the
user whenever the system turns on or off the pump, updating the status of
the water pump and soil moisture. This approach is extremely beneficial in
farms, gardens, and homes, among other places. There is no need for
human interaction in this system because it is totally automated.
