As indicators of the culture of interethnic interaction, Latypov D.N. offers signs grouped 
according to the nature of their manifestation. External signs: interest in culture, history, literature, 
science of another nation; the need to master the language, history, literature, culture, science of 
another people; developing relationships with people of other nationalities [20.172-177].
Information concerning the problem of interest to us is available in the works of Latypov 
D.N [21.158-160]. The subject of his research was the youth culture of national minorities living in 
Tajikistan, its formation and formation factors. Describing in detail the culture of this group, he 
notes the problem of the formation of an ethnoculture based on the integration of national and 
universal values, acquires among young people and, first of all, students, who are active in both 
progressive and regressive socio-political situations, ethnic and interethnic processes. 
As Latypov D.N. [22. 37-38], during the period of independence, cultural and entertainment 
institutions for young people appeared in the country, for example, casinos, entertainment centers, 
billiard centers, Internet cafes, bars and restaurants with a variety of show programs, game libraries. 
The sources of funding for cultural and leisure institutions have changed. The rights to create 
cultural institutions and the organization of their work, as well as the duties of local self-
government bodies, have significantly expanded. The future of the nation - each ethnic group, from 
the very beginning, cared for the younger generation, managed to instill in the minds of future 
generations all noble qualities and preserve unique spiritual treasures in the culture of civilization. 
Another methodological feature of the study of the youth problem is the study and analysis of youth 
activities outside the home. Conducting research on issues such as how young people spend their 
free time, what they do, when, where and with whom they meet, and how aware their parents are, a 
number of such studies will help find solutions to many problems.
