INTRODUCTION.
Strengthening the health of children, the harmonious development
of the forms and
functions of the body, increasing efficiency, increasing resistance to various external influences,
ensuring longevity, as well as the susceptibility characteristic
of preschool children, the ability to
easily adapt to changing conditions, makes it possible to perform a number of educational tasks: the
necessary skills are the formation of skills and abilities, the development of physical qualities
(agility,
strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, balance, guessing the eyes), various upbringings,
hygiene skills, the assimilation of knowledge about physical culture.
Motor skills in a child (crawling, walking, jogging, cycling, etc.) are relatively light in form,
they facilitate the child's communication with the environment. The child gets acquainted with the
properties of the
bark and wind when sledding, with the properties of water when swimming in
water. On this basis constitute the physical musculature, hygiene associated with the acquisition of
skills and acquired initial knowledge.
Children should know the name of body parts, direction of movement (up, down, forward,
left, right), rotation of the body, the name of physical education devices and the use of rations, their
storage and retention, care for clothes and shoes.
Hardening of the child's body is a system of measures aimed at strengthening the body,
developing endurance, resistance to harmful effects, the ability to quickly adapt to changes in living
conditions [1. P.385].
The modern world is almost impossible to imagine without all kinds of gadgets: computers,
mobile phones, tablets. Watching adults who are carried away by “advanced things”, children, with
their
naivety and curiosity, at the subconscious level begin to perceive this technique as an
obligatory aspect of being. But how can the impact of modern gadgets on a child turn out to be?
Let's try to consider in more detail the problem of the influence of electronic devices on the child's
psyche: is it possible to allow children to use mobile electronic devices, at what age, with what
frequency, and also whether communication with gadgets really harms the baby, and how to avoid
child
dependence on modern gadgets , so densely filled our living space.
Prolonged exposure to gadgets from an early ageirreversibly thins the cerebral cortex and
slows down mental development, and this is confirmed by studies by scientists from foreign
countries. For example: scientists from the US National Institutes of Health found that children who
use gadgets often and for a long time permanently change the structure of the brain. For ten years,
they followed 11,000 children, brain scans showed that the brain structures are irreversibly
changing, and its cortex becomes thinner, scientists from Canada also came to disappointing
conclusions: they watched 2,500 babies two to five years old (children spent gadgets over 17 hours
a week), as a result, such children developed mental abilities more slowly than their peers who were
not so passionate
about mobile devices, Korean scientists found that children addicted to gadgets
are more likely to experience anxiety,
