service economy of the region.

Territorial aspects of the innovative development of the country gain importance in the
context of increasing globalization processes and competition in the world
.
According to the 2021
Global Innovation Index, South Korea ranks first with 90.49 points, Singapore ranks second with
87.76 points, and Switzerland ranks third with 87.6 points. The
process of globalization is
deepening in the world, on the other hand, the level of competition in the world markets is
increasing, requiring the use of new approaches in the innovative development of the regional
economy.
The role of innovative services in the development of the service economy in the region is
the most important among other economic factors. Increasing the types of services in the region,
modernizing the introduction mechanism will lead to the development and rise in efficiency of the
sector. Modern services is one of the most important directions of development
of international
trade and they are performed by subjects directly-indirectly involved in the provision of these
services. When offering services to international markets, a thorough analysis of the capabilities of
each country, nation or individual group and delivery of appropriate services is a reliable,
guaranteed way to become market participants. The quality of this process is directly related to the
effective activity of the entities participating in each stage of the delivery of each type of service to
consumers.
Taking into account this field`s most important issues, the resolution was adopted by the
President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PD-5113 on May 11, 2021 "about measures to accelerate
the development of the service sector". In the resolution , in In order to further
develop the activities
of service providers, the decision calls for solving the bureaucratic problems that hinder the
development of the service sector in 2021-2023, expanding the diversification of services,
especially in remote areas, expanding the coverage of transport,
financial, banking, tourism and
other services, education and health in every remote area of the republic. it is determined that it is
necessary to improve the quality of services related to storage and create favorable economic and
infrastructural conditions related to the involvement of the private sector in the field of services..[1]
Austrian economist P. Drucker's assertion that innovation is not a result of strong desire or luck, but
that any economic activity must rely on new technologies is directly relevant to the field of
innovative services.[2]
American scientist Kenneth Kahn distinguishes innovation with three different concepts,
that is, innovation is a result, innovation is a process, and innovation is an idea [3]
Based on the comments of the
above scientists on innovation, innovation is a process of
deep and consistent research, and we rightly conclude that innovation can be achieved only by
applying the results of scientific research. There is an enough fund at the disposal of the population
which is inactive. But representatives of all population do not have clear knowledge and skills in
how to use money, which bring more economic effect. "Start up assistant" service, which is
innovative for such
a segment of this population, accelerates the launch of new types of services
based on their new business ideas.
