offshore campuses in "transnational educational centers (hubs)" in Dubai, Singapore, Shanghai, 
London, Doha and other cities has led to a more rapid development of international trade in 
educational services. An example of this is the fact that many hubs of countries such as Russia, 
Italy, Malaysia, Japan and South Korea are also located in Uzbekistan.
In the last 10 years, not only the USA, Western European countries, Australia, but also many 
Asian countries have achieved significant results in the export of educational services, proving the 
importance of this type of service for the economy and the possibility of further development in the 
future. These include the fact that more than 492 thousand students were from 196 countries in the 
People's Republic of China in 2018, 315 thousand were from their countries in the Russian 
Federation in 2020, Kazakhstan (3683), India (3290), Turkmenistan (1320), China (1290), 
Kyrgyzstan (1026) and 14 thousand for other foreign students. Many countries try to develop the 
export of educational services. The reason for this is, firstly, obtaining great economic benefits, 
secondly, the quality of educational services approaching world standards under the influence of 
strong competition, and thirdly, it leads to an increase in the image and position of the country in 
the world through the development of science, technology, language, culture and other fields.
"Choice Based Credit system (CBCS)" which is new for the education system our country, 
will cause further development of educational services in our country and its regions. The 
introduction of this innovative system leads to increased control over education, independent 
research of students, formation of strong competition among pedagogues, convergence of 
educational programs to world standards, digitazation of the system and, most importantly, raising 
the image of the national education system to the level of the standards of the world education 
market. According to the 2019 Nobel laureates in economics research in to educational programs 
has shown that short-term contract teachers are more effective than usual system ,this is, educators 
who one year-term contracts or high perform positively serve more than relatively long-term 
contracts to the development of the field of education. Malaysian economist S.Y. Tam has 
researched that the development of international trade in education services is related to the 
presence of transparent legislation, the strong focus of accreditation on the quality of education and 
not only on management or documentation, and but also the prestige of universities.[8] 
In our opinion , based on above , innovative educational services are a new and unique 
teaching technology to for imparting knowledge to learners in an effective , interesting and easy 
way. By setting rid of traditional forms of education , students should not be afraid to make 
mistakes and create an opportunity to express their ideas completely freely.
The biggest deficiency observed today in the field of construction and repair services is the 
lack of qualified personnel in this field. The fact that most of the working specialists have only 
practical skills, and the lack of specialists with both theoretical and practical experience is the cause 
of various problems related to construction services. The proper organization of the educational 
system related to the training of specialists in this field, the establishment of a system related to the 
study of foreign experiences will serve the development of the field. As such , as the advantages of 
"Anorbank", which operates in the newly introduced first digital format in the banking system with 
high development opportunities in the region, it can be exemplified that the bank operates without 
an office, that is in an online formatstudy of foreign experiences will serve the development of the 
field. This frees them from rent, taxes, utilities and other payments and doesnʻt require additional 
staff. That is, it dramatically reduces the additional expences of the bank, and this is cheaper than 
the service staff. This is especially important in conditions of increased response to the emerging 
hard periods. In addition, our country has been offered in the banking and credit system, while the 
system of allocation of loans on Islamic terms is a reliable source of financial support for the part of 
the population that most people do not use traditional loans.
