According to the regulation"on the functional duties of the chairman of the Council of 
Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan on investments, innovations, assistance to privatized 
enterprises, deputy head of free economic and small industrial zones and tourism development – on 
the functional duties of the head of the complex, the functions, responsibilities and rights of the 
head of the complex are established. According to this regulation, the head of the complex collects 
and summarizes proposals to attract foreign investments, participate in the formation and 
implementation of a unified state investiture policy aimed at promoting the expansion of the volume 
of investments in economic sectors, further improve the investiture climate in the territory, support 
the development of enterprises with foreign elkapitali participation, improve, performs the tasks of 
determining the main directions of development of the relevant industries and industries that require 
the introduction of advanced technologies at the first level, promoting the increase in the 
competitiveness of the tourism industry by developing and introducing innovative approaches. In 
addition, in the cities and districts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the positions of deputy 
governors of the governor in this direction are introduced and perform the functions of assisting the 
activities of business entities in the territory, supporting innovation. 
CONCLUSION.
The laws of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, which were important in the development of 
entrepreneurship, can be cited as examples of laws adopted by the Republic of Karakalpakstan on 
investment activities "on the protection of the rights of Joint-Stock Companies and shareholders", 
"on limited liability and additional liability companies", "on copyright and related rights", "on 
guarantees of the rights of foreign investors and measures to protect them", etc. Through legislation 
and its improvement, the legal institutional system in the field of entrepreneurship, guarantees of 
freedom of activity and the reflection of the norms of the Constitution impose powers and 
obligations on the subjects of activity. Regulatory legal acts adopted in the field of entrepreneurship 
consist in regulating the types of activities of this type.
