Article X — All His Majesty the Emperor of Russia and His Majesty the Shah of Iran, considering the restoration and extension of commercial relations between the two States as one of the chief beneficial effects of the establishment of peace, have decreed, by full mutual consent, that the provisions relating to the possession of commerce and the mutual security of the subjects shall that all orders may be happily carried out, and that they explain it by a separate Act annexed thereto, which shall be considered an equally strong part of this treaty of peace, to be mutually concluded by the plenipotentiaries.
