Materials and methods. Researches were conducted on the basis of out-patient and polyclinic city
institutions of Baku. Unit of statistical supervision was the appeal of the children's population
concerning ear, throat and nose diseases in out-patient and polyclinic establishment. Research was
carried out retrospectively on the basis of primary registration documents.
Results. The general incidence changes in connection with age, incidence growth decreases with
age. In the majority the cases registered in all age and sexual groups on reception at the pediatrician
are connected with sharp tonsillitis and nasopharyngitis.
