Quality and efficiency of medical services depends on their adequate organization. Diseases of ear,
throat and nose play an exclusive role in deterioration of life and health of the population.
Therefore, aspects of the organization of otolaryngology help are actual in particular justifications
of optimum options concerning development corresponding to requirements of the population.
Purpose: Scientific justification and providing optimum ways of level and nosological structure of
negotiability among the children's population due to an ear, throat and nose diseases.
