Hepatit B Virusuyla Temas Sonrası Yapılması Gerekenler

Hepatit B Virusuyla Temas Sonrası Yapılması Gerekenler HBsAg-pozitif kişiden, seronegatif kişiye deri ve mukoza- lardan bulaşma durumunda ilk 48 saat içerisinde HBIG 0.06 ml/kg dozda İM olarak uygulanmalı, aynı zamanda aşıya baş- lanmalıdır. HBsAg-pozitif gebelerin bebeklerine doğumdan sonra 6-12 saat içinde 0.5 ml HBIG ve aşı uygulanmalıdır. AHB veya KHB olduğu bilinen kişilerle cinsel ilişkiye gi- rilmesi halinde, 14 gün içinde HBIG ve aşı uygulanmalıdır (166).
Öneriler 1. Kan ve cinsel yolla bulaşan hastalıklar açısından toplumun farkındalığının artırılmasına yönelik eğitimler yapılmalıdır. 2. Tüm yenidoğanlar aşılanmalıdır. 3. Evlilik öncesi eşler HBV açısından taranmalı ve HBsAg- pozitif bireylerin seronegatif eşleri aşılanmalıdır. 4. Horizontal bulaşmanın sık olduğu ülkemizde, gebeler HBV açısından taranmalı, infekte annelerin bebeklerine HBIG ve aşı uygulanmalıdır. 4. Başta sağlık çalışanları olmak üzere tüm risk grupları peri- yodik olarak taranmalı ve seronegatif olanlar aşılanmalıdır. 5. Karaciğer enzimlerinde artış görülen kişilerin hepatit açı- sından ileri tetkikleri yapılmalıdır.
