ANNOTATSION
The president of the republic of Uzbekistan Sh. M. Mirziyoyev speaking about the future of Uzbekistan underlies that “We will construct and renovate the future of Uzbekistan with the help of brave, hardworking, congenial generation of the nation.” That is why we as the future teachers have to contribute to the improving and mastering foreign languages teaching in our country, especially English, which has become the global language of international and intercultural communication. It is noted that in the framework of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On education" and the National Program for Training in the country, a comprehensive foreign languages’ teaching system, aimed at creating harmoniously developed, highly educated, modem-thinking young generation, further integration of the country to the world community, has been created. In the decree №1875 which was declared 2012, December, our first president stressed that, “It is our task to prepare and teach professionally competent and energetic personnel, real patriots to see them in the world depository of science and culture. In this plan the notional program about training personnel was worked out on the formation of new generation of specialist with the high common and professionally culture, creative and social activity, with the ability to orientate in the social and political life independently, capable to raise and solve the problems to the perspective.”
In today’s technological age, online resources are considered as an influential tool to facilitate education process. It has a vital role in ELT, particularly in learning and improving productive and receptive skills. Online materials encourage young learners to enhance productive and receptive skills effectively and as a young learner, they will never get bored when appropriate internet resources are utilized.
Knowing a foreign language makes it possible to join the world culture, to use the possibilities of wide Internet resources in one's activities, as well as to work with information and communication technologies and multimedia educational tools. In this regard, there was a need to develop a methodology for using computer information technologies in teaching and learning a foreign language. New information pedagogical technologies are becoming part of the educational process.
