SUMMARY 
 
The dissertation presented by A.I.Aliyeva on “Problems classification of crimes theft 
of other's property with violence” for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of 
Philosophy on specialty 5611.01 – "Criminal Law; Execution law of punishment" is an 
independent and completed research work prossesing novelty. 
The dissertation consists of introduction, three chapters including eight paragraphs, 
the results and the list of used literature, which covers the main content of the research. 
In the introductory part of the dissertation the relevance of the research is 
substantiated, the degree of scientific development of the problem, the purpose and 
objectives of the research, the subject, object, methodology, scientific novelty, theoretical 
and practical significance, defensive provisions, as well as information on the results of 
the research. 
The first chapter of the dissertation is called "The general legal characteristic of the 
crime of robbery of another's property in the Republic of Azerbaijan" and consists of two 
paragraphs. In the first paragraph, the issues of regulating the responsibility for plunders 
of another persons property by applying force in the history of the criminal legislation of 
the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the general characteristic of the concept of violence, 
plunder and recommendation in the criminal law in the second paragraph were 
investigated. 
The second chapter of the dissertation is called "Legal regulation of responsibility
for crimes on plunders of another persons property by applying force in the Republic of 
Azerbaijan" and consists of three paragraphs. In the first paragraph, the objective signs of 
the criminal composition on plunders of another persons property by applying force, and 
the subjective signs of those criminal elements were analyzed in the second paragraph. 
Comparative analysis of the act of plunders of another persons property by applying force 
in the third paragraph has been carried out with similar crimes. 
The last chapter - the third chapter of the dissertation is called "Clasification 
problems of crime on plunders of another persons property by applying force in the 
investigation and judicial practice of the Republic of Azerbaijan" and consists of three 
paragraphs. It was dedicated to the clasification issues to the main components of the 
criminal law norms are cansidered responsibility for crimes on plunders of another 
persons property by applying force in the first paragraph, to the circumstances which 
aggravated the responsibility for crimes on plunders of another persons property by 
applying force in of the second paragraph, and the especially aggravated circumstances of 
the responsibility for crimes on plunders of another persons property by applying force of 
in the third paragraph. 
The conculusion of the dissertation were summarized and the main ideas of the 
research were summarized and a number of recommendations and suggestions were 
proposed for the successful fight against this kind of crime.
