In 1903, Muhammad Amin Rasulzade created the Association of Young Revolutionaries of Azerbaijan with the participation of several Azerbaijani students. Hummet newspaper played a major role in the propaganda work of this organization . The main task of this clandestine organization is to create national feelings in young people, to develop Turkish, which is not taught in Russian schools, to read the works of local writers, to memorize anti-tsarist poems, and occasionally to distribute declarations printed using the printing method. was to spread systematically among Since 1906, this organization has received the name Muslim Democratic Musavat Society. A branch of the organization will soon be in Iranwas founded and became the guiding force of the mashrut revolution that started here.
