Announcement Digest
ISAR-Azerbaijan's Information and Outreach Program is pleased to announce its new publication, an Announcement
Digest for local NGOs. The Digest contains interesting announcements, useful websites, and information about
scholarships, fellowships, and grants, joint projects, trainings and seminars. ISAR will publish the Digest three times
every two months in Russian and Azeri. If your organization is planning an activity which might be of interest to the
local NGO community, please let us know so we can include it in the Digest. For more information, please contact
