ISAR's Grant Program offers: 

 

Small grants of $2000-$4000 for social and environmental projects; Large grants of up to $10,000 for projects 

addressing social, environmental, edu cation, and civil society issues; Travel grants and cooperative grants, all 

designed to help local NGOs carry out their activity and learn to manage their projects more effectively. 

 

ISAR's Regional Program  brings the services of ISAR's other programs to the regions of Azerbaijan, including 

Mingechevir, Ganja, Sheki, Guba, Lenkoran, Salyan, and Ali-Bayramli.  An ISAR Resource Center is now located in 

Mingechevir.
