Abstract:
Almost all additions in the modern Uzbek literary language have
been studied for several centuries. However, suffixes
that express the manner of
action in verbs have not been thoroughly and seriously studied in Turkology. This is
explained by some scientists with the comments that there are few such additions,
or that they do not always express the continuity, repetition, strength or weakness,
fragmentation or division of the action. In our opinion, although there are few
adverbs expressing the characteristics of action, it is necessary to study this type of
adverbs more deeply, taking into account the uniqueness of their meaning and use.
The existence of such a necessity not only in the linguistics of Uzbek, but also in the
linguistics of the neighboring Turkic peoples is expressed in the works of famous
Turkologists such as Academician A.N.Kononov and E.V.Sevortyan.
