INTRODUCTION
Topicality and substantiation of the research. In our rapidly changing
world all branches are growing fastly, especially foreign languages play the
most extremely important role in all spheras around the world. For instance
English is becoming a universal language that means learning foreign languages
is the urgency of our life. Also the educational system of Uzbekistan is reaching
its peak on the improvement of teaching the foreign languages in higher
education institutions and universities of Uzbekistan. In this field many decrees
are accepted by Mirziyaev Shavkat Miromonovich the President of the Republic
of Uzbekistan to develop and teaching foreign language in the country.
The current President of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoyev says that today, the
pivotal appeal, namely “Our children must be stronger, more knowledgeable,
smarter and certainly happier than us!” took a solid place in the minds and hearts
of each of us, the parents and broad public. The fact that our youth is turning into a
decisive force of our today and tomorrow capable of rightfully assuming the
responsibility for the future of our Homeland makes all of us proud and pleased.
We must take to the logical end our broad-scale work being accomplished in this
sphere, in particular, our national programs adopted on education and upbringing.
We will continue the state policy on the youth with resolve and consistency. We
will not only continue, but we will raise this policy to the higher level in line with
the latest requirements as our top priority task

Nowadays Uzbekistan’s policy oьf openness, operative access to the
international global market, expansion of foreign coorperation in all branches
become progressively greater the need for learning foreign languages. It is
obviously that English language is playing the most vitally important role in the
international communication, the language of trade, education, politics,
medicine, economy, industry, chemistry, agriculture industry and so on.

2016. – 56 b.

“The time has come to create in Uzbekistan a new system of teaching
foreign languages, which will become a solid foundation for the future. Since we
set ourselves the goal of building a competitive state, from now on, graduates of
schools, lyceums, colleges and universities must be fluent in at least two foreign
languages. This strict requirement should become the main criterion for the
work of the head of each education institution”

It is crucial to say that learning English liguistically as a student, teacher
or researchers should take consideration into every aspect of language, for
instance hyponyms, hypernims or other aspects. Knowing and using hyponyms
in teaching language play great role in learning words and expressing our
opinions with hyponyms. It is justified with: lexical and semantic characteristics
of hyponymic relations in English was studied by many scholars. However,
hyponyms in English and Uzbek languages have not been studied deeply yet.
Over the next 20-30 years, special focus will be damanded for this issue in
English and Uzbek linguistics.
But the interest in researching the hyponyms linguistically has grown
considerably over last year.
