The object of the research is the lexical and semantic characteristics 
analysis of hyponyms and places in linguistics. 
The subject of the research is to investigate hyponyms and its lexical and 
semantic relations in English and Uzbek languagesю 
The aim of the research is to explore and study the lexical and semantic 
characteristics and their hyponomic relations in both languages, to reveal lexical 
and semantic features through differiciating in two languages. 
Also, the studying of the lexical and semantic characteristics of hyponym 
relations in two languages and analyzing, estimating lexical and semantic 
features of the collected examples and to clear their similar and distinctive 
features in English and Uzbek languages.

To achieve our targets succesfully tasks are placed in a high position. 
Tasks: 
- 
 to clarify the essence and scope of the notion of “hyponyms”, to determine 
the role and place of hyponyms in the usage of the English and Uzbek languages; 
- the classification of hyponyms in term features of lexical and semantic 
characteristics in relations in two languages 
- collecting hyponyms in both languages to find differences and relations. 
- lingua special peculiarities of hyponyms in English and Uzbek.
- to determine the relations of hyponyms and to work out the principles.
- to analyze semantically the peculiarities of the hyponyms and hyponymic 
taxonomy as object of semantics; 
Degree of novelty of the research:  
- a set of theoretical views on hyponyms has been summarized and analyzed; 
- theoretical assumptions of the usage of the hyponyms; 
- analysis of the different scholars research on this list; 
- the collection and classification of the hyponymic units of the relations in 
both languages; 
- linguistic analysis and discoveries of similar and distinctive points of the 
hyponomic units in two languages; 
- the structure and semantic, lexical features of hyponyms in English; are 
revealed on the example of English and Uzbek languages; 
- on the basis of English and Uzbek materials the lexical and semantic 
characteristics of hyponyms were studied, where much attention was paid to 
its hyponymic relations; 
- it is determined that the hyponyms existing in English are expressed in Uzbek 
and their distinctive and similar features are analyzed.
