The theoretical significance of the research is that the results of the
research is evident in the analysis of hyponymys allowed for the first time to draw
up a unified lexical and semantic relations and classification in two languages. The
explanation of hyponyms, taxonomy and graduation
in English and Uzbek
languages.
The structure of the dissertation contains of an introduction, three main
chapters, a conclusion about research, a list of used literatures. Total volume of
the dissertation is 80. The first chapter called “The study of hyponomic relation
in linguistics” highlighted in identifying significant of
the basic linguistic
descriptions of the hyponyms, lexical and
semantic relations of hyponyms,
taxnomy, graduation in both languages and discussions of their classification.
The second chapter “A study of the phenomenon of hyponomy in lexical
and semantic relations”
deals with the
lexical-semantic and structural-
grammatical classifications of hyponyms, they were studied and also given data
about a new
structural-semantic classification of hyponyms.
Semantic and
lexical features and relations of the hyponyms and taxonomy, graduation were
analyzed.
The third chapter “Lexical and semantic characteristics of hyponymic
relations in words
in uzbek and english languages” is
devoted to the
investigation of using hyponomys, and briefly addresses the work on hyponyms
which have been done in the field of semantic and lexic relations in two
languages and closely examines its similar and different sides of hyponymy in
English and Uzbek languages.
In
the conclusion, the main aspects and its important sides of the
hyponyms and overall opinions are described and illustrated by general results
about theme.
