Main Logic
1. The process starts with the start command operated manually, via which
the conveyor motors start working.

To be
able
to control the system, estimation of the system condition is
required. In this case, to lock something on or turn it off, SR flip flop is
utilized for Latch on or unlatch. In the Fig.4, normally diffuse sensor in
the state of 0, when box is passing the state turns to 1 for a time then
goes back to 0. This last step is attributed to working of pusher. To return
pusher back to previous state, front limit sensor is needed. As soon as
the pusher is opened fully, this sensor
becomes active resulting in
resetting the pusher.

One of the important parts of the system is giving accurate information
about the system behaviour to the operator. As the conveyor is working,
green light is on.
