Patterns on the porch of the Museum of Folk Art in Tashkent
The criteria of artistic, philosophical, psychological and symbolic analysis of historical
monuments and images were studied. For example, the decorations on the canoe of the architectural
monument in Bukhara are among them.
Labikhovuz
complex (Bukhara, 17th century) - was originally a market square. A large pit
was dug in the middle of the field. In 1820, stairs were made from the surrounding stones, and
marble floors were made. Devonbegi madrasa was located on the west side of it, and Kukaldosh and
Ernazar Elchi madrasas were located on the north (3-180b).
Kukaldosh madrasah
is an architectural monument in Bukhara. It was built by Kulboba
Kukaldosh, minister of Bukhara Khan (1568-1569). It is located in the north of the Labikhovuz
ensemble. It consists of two floors. The head style is built according to the ensemble area. The tiles
decorating the roof have not been preserved. The gate at the entrance of the madrasa is girix and
decorated with Islamic motifs. The gate layer, made of slats glued together in the Khotamkori style,
looks like it is made of a solid board (4-210b).
Nadir Devanbeg's
house is an architectural monument in Bukhara. It was built in 1621-
1622 by Nadir Devanbegi (Nadir Mirza Togay ibn Sultan), the minister of Bukhara Khan Imamkul
Khan. It was created together with Khovuz in the Labikhovuz ensemble. The facade is luxurious,
the canopy of the roof is quite high and majestic, and in some places fragments of tiles have been
preserved. The front view is enhanced by the floral bouquets on both sides. There are doors to the
rooms from 2 sides of the room. Its original appearance has changed due to the number of times its
walls have been repaired (repaired by the last emir of Bukhara in 1914-1916, Syed Olimkhan) (5-
122b).
Today, even in new constructions being built in Uzbekistan, girikh and islimi motifs, which
are used in historical monuments, are used. The use of such styles revives the unique national
tradition and historical spirit in the architectural monuments, and this is of great importance in the
exquisite design of the architectural monuments in the national and modern style. At this point, we
