of relations between consumers, financial and other institutions, state and local authorities, as well
as ownership, contractual institutions developed in accordance with market conditions and
transaction costs in these relations are minimal.
Advanced foreign experiences show that structures operating on the basis of cooperation
face many problems due to weak distribution of property rights. First, the volume of transactions
and the amount of investment in the cooperative do not directly affect the functions of management
and control mechanisms, and secondly, the cooperative does not have the opportunity to sell its
share at the market price when the participant leaves the membership. This weakens the interest of
agricultural entities to invest in the development of this form , but new organizational models of
cooperatives can improve the distribution of property rights. (Figure 2)[3]

disposing of property (land, buildings, equipment, etc.) and appropriating part of the income is
