cultivation, processing and sale of licorice and to raise this industry to a new level of development.
Including the organization and maintenance of licorice plant plantations with the adopted
government decisions, exemption of legal and physical entities from payments for taking licorice as
raw material outside the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan for a certain period of time , special
equipment necessary for drying and packing licorice raw materials in accordance with international
requirements and mini-technologies, to coordinate this activity , work was carried out on the
organization of the association of organizations for the cultivation and processing of Qizlimia and
other medicinal plants.
In Uzbekistan, unlike countries with developed market economy, modern cooperative
practice is just being formed, new cooperative structures, that is, specialized agroclusters, are being
organized in an accelerated manner by the initiative of the state. Therefore, in order to evaluate the
existing and prospective organizational models of cooperatives in the licorice network, we
introduce an institutional approach that takes into account the constant interactive interrelationship
between external and internal environments, the practice and theory of cooperatives . It is an
institutional structure aimed at solving social, economic and other problems formed in the process
