sgRNA va Cas9 kassetlari bitta vektorga yig'ildi. Hozirda soyaning E-1 geni
CRISPR/Cas9 tizimi vositasida tahrirlash uchun tuzilgan konstryksiyani o’simlikka
transformatsiya qilish ishlari olib borilmoqda.
