Interval-repetition method (a type of recovery method) - break the exercises into sections,
perform short-time work at a medium speed, perform strictly defined intervals, in which, as a rest

Human strength is divided into pedagogically valuable types: maximum isometricity
(sustainable force, the strength of a strong force during a specific period of time), as well as
