Introduction:
In international practice, there are different approaches to
the concept of e-government. E-government is the acquisition of services
offered by the state via the Internet. In other words, it is a field of research
related to the use of ICT to support and develop public policies and activities,
and to provide comprehensive and timely public
services by increasing
citizen participation. Citizen-oriented approach to e-government; aims to
reduce
bureaucracy, provide quality service and citizen satisfaction.
Transparency and bureaucratic reduction in public administration are
elements that help strengthen democracy. The provision of e-government
services
to all segments of society, especially the provision of special
services for people with disabilities, means the adoption
of the concept of e-
government in terms of social expectations. Citizens' trust in the state-linked
e-portal is growing significantly. It has provided many opportunities to
increase the efficiency of e-government services and improve the quality of
public services provided to citizens. Based on this, e-government initiatives
in international practice and in our country are investigated, and
the issue of
evaluating e-services by the responses of citizens to inquiries is considered.
Studies conducted between countries on e-government applications in
2018 show that Denmark and Australia are among the world's leading e-
services [1]. Let's look at the experience of developed countries on e-
government projects in international practice.
Denmark
Denmark is one of the countries where
e-government projects are
successfully implemented. Research shows that Denmark is trying to
successfully provide all the e-services that can be provided online.
