Australia
Ensuring that the Australian people have easy access to public services 
and information, providing the services they need in a timely manner, 
focusing on building trust and security in new technologies with the 
experience gained, and building closer citizen relationships in politics, 
thereby increasing productivity and investment.
Turkey
A number of applications have been improved through the e-government 
system in Turkey. One of these applications, Pol-Net (Police Information 
Network Project), collects information coming to the centers more efficiently 
and shares it with existing security forces. [2]. Another project is UYAP 
(National Judicial Network Project). The project simplifies the working 
principle of the courts, speeds up the process and increases reliability.
Estonia
Estonia is one of the world's leading e-government countries. Estonia's 
e-government policy plays an important role for our country. Because 
Azerbaijan's e-government policy was built through the experience of the 
Estonian X-road system. Voting in Estonia via e-Estonia is done electronically

without going anywhere. In addition, in Estonia, services such as electronic 
ID (e-ID), e-document, e-business registration, e-tax are available [3].
Azerbaijan
In our country, e-services are provided through portals provided by the 
e-Government Development Center under the State Agency for Citizen 
Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of 
Azerbaijan. Through the ASAN Login provided by the e-Government Deve-
lopment Center, ASAN Visa, ASAN payment, ASAN Finance, e-government 
portal (e-gov), mygov and other digital projects are implemented [4].
Results:
The study of the experience of leading countries in e-
government building shows that the formation of e-government is a gradual 
and long-term process. the ability of e-government to play a positive role in 
increasing public activity by playing a functional role in the effectiveness of 
the state in society is closely linked to the importance given to ICT by the 
country's leadership and their use in society. Only in this way will e-
government accelerate the state's response to social needs, achieve the goal 
of becoming a stronger state and a socio-economically happy society by 
developing a healthy society and public administration.
