В статье «Назим Хикмет и азербайджанская литературная среда» автор 
рассказывает о дружбе двух поэтов-великого азербайджанского поэта Самеда 
Вургуна и великого турецкого поэта Назима Хикмета. Исследователь 
подчёркивает тот факт, С.Вургун известен читателям каждой своей строкой, 
и Назим Хикмет высоко ценил творчество Самеда Вургуна. Автор говорит о 
духовной близости между двумя поэтами, подчёркивает общие черты в их 
произведениях, творчестве, проводит параллели. Автор подчёркивает, что эта 
духовная близость – одна из важнейших причин всенародной любви к 
творчеству обоих поэтов. Исследователь также подчёркивает в статье тот 
факт, что Н.Хикмет приезжал в Баку 9 раз, но приезд в Баку в 1927 году 
вызвал наиболее живой интерес.

In his article "Nazim Hikmat and the literary environment of Azerbaijan", the 
researcher talks about the special close relationship between Samad Vurgun, the 
famous poet of Azerbaijan, who is famous for his every verse, and Nazim Hikmet, 
the great Turkish poet. The literary and cultural closeness between these poets 
speaks of the brighter friendship relations, draws parallels regarding the similar 
aspects in the works of both poets. He shows that this is one of the preconditions 
for the love of both poets in Azerbaijan and Turkey. The researcher-scientist also 
notes that Nazim Hikmat is the only literary figure with whom Samad Vurgun 
became friends, who had an irreplaceable influence on the Azerbaijani poet's 
artistic erudition and original views on life. The researcher also mentions in his 
article that Nazim Hikmet visited Azerbaijan nine times. It shows that the arrival of 
the Turkish poet in 1927 was more successful and interesting. 
The scientist notes that during the years of Nazim Hikmet's arrival, his works 
were published in the press of Azerbaijan, a number of meetings were held with 
the poet, and many scientific and journalistic articles were published about him. 
With this, Azerbaijani readers have increased their endless love for the Turkish 
poet, and special attention and interest in his works.
