Each newly created tourist site must comply with national characteristics and traditions and have an incomparable appearance. The creation of natural and historical parks should help preserve the most valuable cultural and historical monuments as a single architectural, landscape and cultural complex. From this point of view, the protection and restoration of important historical values, natural and traditional landscapes, cultural and historical monuments should be considered as one of the necessary works. The loss of cultural property is irreversible and cannot be replenished. The loss of any historical and cultural monument will inevitably affect all aspects of the life of present and future generations, which will lead to spiritual poverty, the destruction of historical memory and the poverty of society as a whole. These results cannot be compensated by the development of modern culture or the creation of new works.
