DETERMINATION OF PROLINE MAINTENANCE AT THE STANDARDS
OF WILD WHEATIN THE CONDITIONS OF STRESS

As the object of research were used samples of wild wheat T.beoeticum,
T.urartu and T.araraticum obtained from the experimental plot. Within 3
days the
samples were subjected
to drought and salt stress, after
which at the leaves of the
plants were determined proline content. Based on these it
is concluded that for this
indicator more resistant to stress factors were samples T.urartu.
