were isolated from the ethylacetate fraction of plant. Investigation of
their spectral data (UV, IR and NMR spectroscopy) and comparison them with the
literature as well as direct comparison with authentic samples the structures of the
isolated compounds were established as:
salicylic acid (1),
caffeic acid (
2
), succinic acid
(

),
3-O-methylquercetin (
4)
and
patuletin (5).
All isolated secondary metabolites were isolated first time from the
A. porrecta.

Delphinium semibarbatum
Bien. ex Boiss. - perennial herbaceous plant of the
Ranunculaceae family, growing on the loess slopes of the foothills in the middle belt of
mountains in the Tashkent, Namangan, Andijan, Fergana, Samarkand, Kashkadarya,
Bukhara and Surkhandarya regions.
The purpose of our research was to study the chemical composition of flowers of
D.
semibarbatum
, collected during the flowering period in the mountainous areas of the
Akhangaran district of the Tashkent region.
We have studied the component compositions of the ethyl acetate and n-butanol
fractions of the alcoholic extract of
D. semibarbatum
flowers. The ethyl acetate fraction
was separated on a column with KSK silica gel, eluting with chloroform and a gradient
mixture of chloroform-methanol with increasing methanol content. Eight individual
compounds were isolated by subsequent rechromatography of the obtained subfractions
on Sephadex LH-20 and elution with an ethanol-water mixture (8:2):
D
-mannitol (1),
undulatoside A (
