Apatit konsentratining tarkibida 51,5 % SaO bor. 100 kg apatit konsentratni parchalash uchun sarflangan 75% li sulfat kislotaning mikdorini aniklang . Sulfat kislotaning normasi – 98% stexiometrik xisobiga nisbatan .
Echilishi:
100 kg apatit konsentratning tarkibida 51,5 kg SaO bor .
Stexiometrik xisobiga nisbatan :
56 kg SaO parchalash uchun - 98 kg H2SO4 sarflanadi
51.5 kg - x
x=(51.5 * 98)/ 56 =90.125 kg (monogidrat )
Stexiometrik xisobiga nisbatan sulfat kislotaning normasi 98 % bulganda :
90.125 - 100%
x - 98%
x = ( 90.125*98 )/100 = 88.32 kg ( monogidrat ) sarflanadi
51.5 kg SaO ni parchalash uchun 88.32 kg monogidrat sarflanadi
75% H2SO4 aniklash uchun :
100 kg - 75 kg
x kg - 88.32 kg
x = ( 100*88.32 ) / 75 = 117.76 kg H2SO4 ( 75% eritma )
93 % H2SO4

MAVZU: ODDIY SUPERFOSFAT OLISH TEXNOLOGIK XISOBLARI.
Oddiy superfosfatning tarkibida 21.4 % P2O5 um . bor va 20.3 % P2O5 sing . Xomashyoning tarkibida 39.4 % P2O5 bor . Xomashyoning parchalanish darajasini va 1000 kg xomashyodan ugitning chikish darajasini aniklang .
Echilishi;
Fosfaritning parchalanish darajasi kuyidagi formula asosida aniklanadi

K = (20.3 / 21.4 ) * 100 = 94.86 %
Ugitning chikish darajasi
