молочно-восковая спелость резко сократилась. Несмотря на экстремальные
условия, были выделены сортообразцы с высокой урожайностью и качеством
зерна. Выявлено, что метеорологические условия меньше влияли на
хлебопекарные качества, но при этом количество клейковины и белка резко
снизилась. Новые сорта пшеницы твердой Зангезур и пшеницы мягкой
Аскеран для районирования были переданы в ГСИ.

In irrigated conditions Tartar ZES Research Institute of Crop Husbandry
iwere studied agrobiological characteristics and quality indicators of grain from 61
accessions of durum and bread wheat. Because of the optimal irrigation and
climatic parameters (soft winter, low temperatures and abundant rainfall in the
spring) was observed epiphytotic rust disease and potential growth parameters. It
was found, that the grain filling phase, because of the high temperature at the
genotypes period milk-wax maturity fell sharply. Despite the extreme conditions,
were identified accessions with high yield and grain quality. It was revealed, that
the meteorological conditions less effect on baking quality, but the quantity of
gluten and protein dropped sharply. New varieties of durum wheat Zangezur and
breadwheat Askeran were transferred to the State strain testing.
