Introduction.
In our country, certain work is being carried out to create an active socio-psychological 
environment, expand the range of psychological services, popularize a psychologically healthy 
lifestyle, integrate education and the science of psychology, train personnel, retrain and improve 
skills. 
At the same time, the expansion of the sphere of psychological services, the development of 
such areas as psychodiagnostics, psychotherapy, youth psychology, psychophysiology, improving 
the quality of training of highly qualified psychologists for various sectors of the social sphere and 
the service market, the widespread introduction of advanced foreign experience in the field of 
psychology, a number of unresolved tasks for improving infrastructures of education and science 
remain relevant. 
Nowadays, every country strives to take its place in the world community. The basis of any 
country is youth. That is why the attitude towards young people in our country has risen to the level 
of politics. We know that the role of psychology in the upbringing of talented, educated, strong and 
mentally healthy youth is invaluable. 
Because it is easy for young people with psychological knowledge to overcome various 
difficulties. In our country, efforts to develop psychology have been made since the first years of 
independence. In this regard, various measures are being taken in our country to improve general 
psychological literacy. 
One of the priority goals of the first step in the development of the sphere of psychological 
services is the training of professional psychologists who are able to find their place in the life of a 
professionally mature society and positively solve psychological problems of the population within 
the framework of their professional knowledge activities. 
The process of interaction and mutual influence of a person and activity is dynamic, and this 
process has been studied in psychology in the context of the problem of the formation of a 
professional personality. An important point in the study of this problem are the concepts of a 
specialist, professional formation, professionalism, competence, professional maturity. In our 
opinion, the latter concept is one of the most important features of the subject of labor, which 
manifests itself as the process of forming a specialist and its results. The essence of the concept of 
"professional maturity" has been studied in a number of studies by psychologists around the world, 
but the process of forming these characteristics of the subject of labor, the specifics of its 
manifestation in professional activity and the interaction of other components of personality 
formation "have not been studied".
