It is known that from the student time that the professional development of a person begins.
The problem of professional formation and orientation of the student was considered by many
authors.
The components of a person's professional orientation are needs, interests, motives,
attitudes, abilities. Taking all this into account in the educational process is the basis for a student to
become a highly qualified specialist and effectively carry out his activities.
The desire to improve one's professional orientation includes the desire to work in the
profession, to satisfy one's material and spiritual needs. Career orientation - Professional activity
involves understanding and acceptance of goals and objectives.
Positive changes in the content of the professional orientation are associated with the future
profession and are reflected in the strengthening of motives: the desire to perform well their duties
at work, to prove themselves as a knowledgeable specialist, a comprehensive desire for the
successful completion of educational tasks, the desire to succeed in work increases.[1.67]
Uzbek psychologists M.Davletshin, E.Goziev, V.Tokareva, R.Gainutdinov, K.Kodirov,
A.Jabborov, S.Jalilova, V.Karimova, K.Turgunov, K.Kodirov, N.Safoev, R.Sunnatova and others
are devoted to the problems of vocational guidance for psychologists. The research of psychologists
of our country in this area can be divided into three groups.
1)
research devoted to the study of the problems of a particular profession,
2)
study of the problems of choosing a profession,
3)
studies devoted to the study of career guidance through student activities.
The studies of the first group include the scientific studies of M.G.Davletshin,
K.T.Turgunov, G,B,Shoumarov, G.A.Sadikova, N.I.Majidov, R.Z.Gaynutdinov, A.M.Jabborov,
S.X.Jalilova, N.V.Groxoliskaya, B.N.Sirliyev, D.N.Arzikulov, SH.B.Saparov, S.N.Juraeva.
The studies of the second group include research works done by B.R.Kodirov,
R.I.Sunnatova, K.B.Kodirov, R.Z.Asomova, E.B.Utanova, F.I.Khaidarov.
The studies of the first group include the scientific research of M.G.Davletshin. In
collaboration with his students, he thoroughly researched the technical skills and career guidance of
future teachers. Based on the three stages of choosing a profession, M.G.Davletshin tried to reveal
the internal aspects of vocational education, vocational counseling, career guidance, professional
suitability and personality abilities. The scientist in his research deeply studied the general
preparedness, the ability of the individual in the training of personnel, the possibility of forming
personal qualities when choosing a profession, professional training. According to the author, when
determining the professional suitability of a student, it is advisable to pay attention to three
important points:
1. Attitude towards the profession.
2. Ability.
3. Skills and competencies.
The conscious attitude of the author to the profession should be emphasized as one of the
factors determining the suitability of a person for the profession. If a person is not very positive
about his chosen profession, he will not like this profession, he will simply choose this profession
under the influence of "others". Adolescents have other types of motives. These include a person's
inclinations to the profession, science, goals, aspirations, knowledge of the profession, his health.
For example, by analyzing the motives of work of a teenager. Let us turn to sustainable motivation,
which is one of its characteristics. Sustained motivation to perform creative tasks can then lead to
some initiative. [2.26]
Studies on the direct study of the socio-psychological conditions for the development of the
professional orientation of the future psychologist in the conditions of modern higher educational
