Finlandiyada xotin-qizlarning boshqaruv
jarayonidagi faolligi yaqqol ajralib turadi.
Ushbu davlatlarda gender tengligi
masalasiga uzoq vaqtdan beri davlat
siyosatiga ko‘tarilganligi uchun ta’lim
tizimining barcha bosqichlarida qizlarga
o‘g‘il bolalar bilan bir xil yondashuv ustuvor
bo‘lib kelgan. Ayni vaqtda xotin-qizlarning
rahbarlik ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish
alohida tizim asosida emas, balki ta’lim
taraqqiyotida obyektiv jarayon sifatida
qabul qilinadi.
Jahondagi nufuzli ilmiy markazlarda
xotin-qizlarni rahbarlikka tayyorlashning
pedagogik asoslarini takomillashtirish
bo‘yicha tadqiqotlar o‘tkazilmoqda.
