«Теоретические и методологические проблемы оценки земельных
ресурсов»
РЕЗЮМЕ
В первой главе работы раскрываются научно-теоретические основы
земельных ресурсов: воздействующие факторы, научно-методологические
подходы и методы оценки земельных ресурсов.
Во второй главе работы анализируется существующее положение оценки
земельных ресурсов в Азербайджане: рассматриваются особенности, этапы и
внедрение методов оценки рыночной стоимости земельных ресурсов.
В третьей главе работы даются основные направления совершенствования
оценки земельных ресурсов в соответствие с требованиями мировых
стандартов оценки: выявляются пути устранения существующих проблем, а
также повышения роли системы оценки земельных ресурсов в регулировании
земельного рынка.
В конце работы по итогам проведенного исследования делается
заключение и даются рациональные предложения.

SUMMARY
In the first chapter of the work, the scientific and theoretical foundations of land
resources are disclosed: the impact factors, scientific and methodological approaches
and methods for assessing land resources.
In the second chapter of the work, the existing position of the land resources
assessment in Azerbaijan is analyzed: features, stages and introduction of methods
for estimating the market value of land resources are considered.
The third chapter of the paper gives the main directions for improving the
assessment of land resources in accordance with the requirements of world standards
for assessment: identify ways to eliminate existing problems, as well as enhance the
role of the land valuation system in regulating the land market.
At the end of the work, based on the results of the study, a conclusion is made
and rational proposals are given.
