“tishlab yemoq, chalpillatib yemoq, yamalay yemoq” and in English “to niblle, to
gobble, to devour”. These verbs also refer to the verb “to eat” in a certain way.
These verbs “tishlab yemoq, chalpillatib yemoq, yamalay yemoq”and English “to
niblle, to gobble, to devour” are troponyms of the verb “to eat” and these verbs
possess also reciprocal relations. Clearly, “to nibble” is considered a type of
eating.

In addition to this examples, in Uzbek “simirib ichmoq and ho’plab
ichmoq” and in English the verbs “to swig and to sip” are analyzed now. They also
refer to the verb “to drink” in a certain way and troponyms of it. In English the

verb “dream” cannot be a troponomy of the verb “ sleep”. The English verb
“dream” is also related to the verb “hope”, but cannot be a troponomy of the verb
“dream”. These verb pairs are related to only through mutual and specific
temporal relation. The main importance of this kind of phenomenon is that
troponymic relations cannot be observed between them except mutual and specific
temporal relations. In this troponymic relationship situation of two verbs that can
be observed temporal relationships in their actions. Also, the verb “to hope”
(hoping) expresses other action processes than dream (dreaming). That is why
these verb pairs do not have a troponymic relationship between them.

Some theories and studies show that verb-word groups have hyponymic
relationships between them. According to the Asian famous linguist Abdul Chaer
gave his own opinion about it like that “The relationship between the superordinate

If the results of studies in different systematic languages are looked
through, it can be clear the enriching of the stock of the lexical units due to the
hyponymic phenomenon in verbs. There are verbs in Uzbek language that express
