NEWS OF SCIENTIFIC WORK In Uzbekistan, clinical and instrumental features of various variants of the OA of the claw joints are presented. The quality of life of patients with shoulder joint OA is assessed.
PRACTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE WORK The clinical picture of OA, the variety of results of X-ray, ultrasound, the presence of various options according to the impact of the specificity of the course on the quality of life, gives rise to the need to carry out differential diagnostics among patients, taking into account the fact that patients with the same disease should be treated individually. Ultrasound examinations in the diagnosis of the OA I of the claw joints, which are not inferior to standard radiography, confirm the development of diagnostic requirements and criteria for this method and the need for their application in clinical practice. A significant decrease in the quality of life in patients with claw joints OA I , the presence of aesthetic discamfort in patients raises the need to evaluate the quality of life in this group of patients, develop methods for determining aesthetic discamfort and develop methods for their application and correction in clinical practice.
