particularly the “Provitaz” company. Capacity ranging from 270W to 720 W, 
these solar panels preferably should be connected to a local grid. [3] 
When it comes to energy efficiency, considering the current energy 
consumption of the BHOS Bibiheybat campus, by estimated investment and 
production capacity of both solar panels and wind turbines in the upcoming 
10 to 15 years, a university can not only meet its current requirements but 
also produce more energy than it consumes currently.
Other aspects and objectives that can be taken into the account, are that 
by replacing most of the electricity and energy sources with sustainable ones, 
opportunities for new working places as well as research centers can be created 
and developed in BHOS. In other words, renewable energy technologies in their 
current state require regular maintenance and monitoring works. For that 
specialized experts can be invited, with an objective to form a faculty in the 
renewable energy sector here, in the Baku Higher Oil School.
