Strinq test
Kiçik yaşlı uşaqlarda vərəmi, adətən, bakterioloji müayinələrlə
aşkarlamaq mümkün olmur. Böyük yaşlı uşaqlarda isə bəlğəmin
bakterioskopik müayinəsi diaqnostika üçün mühüm əhəmiyyət kəsb
edir
1
. Lakin, adətən, uşaqlar bəlğəmi xaric edə bilmədiklərindən və
ya bəlğəmin miqdarı keyfiyyətli müayinə aparılması üçün kifayət
qədər olmadığından, bəlğəmin induksiya yolu ilə yığılma üsullarından
istifadə olunur ki, bu da öz növbəsində vərəmin nazokomial
transmissiyasına səbəb olur. Bu səbəbdən və eyni zamanda
müayinənin həssaslığını artırmaq məqsədi ilə vərəm mikobak-
teriyalarını aşkarlamaq üçün “strinq test”dən istifadə olunur
32
.
“Strinq test” metodikası ilk dəfə Helicobacter pilori kimi
bağırsaq patogenlərini aşkarlamaq üçün tədqiq olunmuşdur.
“Strinq test”i aşağıda göstərilən kimi aparılır. Müayinədən keçən
90 sm-lik neylon ipdən asılmış jelatin kapsulu udmalıdır (Şəkil 2).
Kapsul udularkən mədədə həll olunur, bu zaman ipin əsas hissəsi
açılır və onun səthi mədə möhtəviyyatı və eləcə də onun tərkibində
olan törədicilər ilə örtülür.
Şəkil 2. Strinq testin aparılması
5
Müayinə olunan şəxsə testin aparılmasından 12 saat əvvəl qida və
maye qəbulu qadağan edilir (yaxud gecə aclığı). Test aparılmazdan
əvvəl xəstə 30 saniyə müddətində boğazını heksiditin məhlulu ilə
yaxalamalıdır. Kapsuldan çıxan ipin sərbəst ucu xəstənin yanağına
leykoplastr vasitəsi ilə fiksə edilir. Bir saatdan sonra xəstə yenidən
30 saniyə ərzində boğazını heksiditin məhlulu ilə yaxaladıqdan sonra
sap çıxarılır. Sapın 20 sm-lik distal hissəsi adi laborator müayinə
üsulları ilə patogen mikrofloranı tədqiq etmək üçün müayinə edilir.
Son tədqiqatlar göstərir ki, “strinq test”i 4 yaşdan etibarən uşaqlar
tərəfindən asanlıqla icra oluna bilir
