Reliability test 
Cronbach’s alpha was used to calculate and analyse the seven items. Cronbach’s alpha 
ranges from r = 0 to 1, with r = 0.7 or above considered adequately reliable [33]. All 
items had a high correlation with item totals ranging from 0.608 to 0.817. Table 3 sum-
marises the reliability and correlation results.
