Abstract
In
the contemporary world economy, one of the main factors determining and ace-
lerating the development are innovative processes.
In addition, become one of the
main criteria influencing the competitive advantage of countries. It is
impossible to
imagine modern industries without innovations. The main purpose of this study is
identifying effective methods for organizing innovative
production based on high
technologies and to study their applications in Azerbaijan. Research shows that the
organization of industrial production through the application of high technologies is
one of the significant matters to be solved for most of the countries, especially
developing countries. Thus, developing countries face significant difficulties
in sol-
ving issues such as the organization of innovative production with the application of
new technologies, obtaining scientific knowledge to manage and improve the produc-
tion process, conducting scientific research and applying their results at the expense
of internal opportunities. In this regard, many countries have been addressing to in-
dustrial parks institution, which is applied in many regions of the world
in order to
overcome the stated problems. In the article, statistical
and analytical analysis was
conducted, influence possibilities of industrial parks in development of industrial
innovations were analysed by using local and international literature sources, statis-
tical figures and international reports and import issues
of high technologies and
scientific knowledge by those zones were explained. In addition, effective application
possibilities of industrial parks in industrial transformation were explained by re-
searching the current state of innovative production in Azerbaijani industry.
